Cooking Tutorial: How to make an easy no stress, super quick chicken pasta dish π This dish is my go to when I donβt feel like spending lots of time in the kitchen. Any pasta dish is a win in my household π

π I used leftover chicken fillets – this dish is perfect for using leftovers and not letting anything go to waste! You can easily use prawns and change your choice of veggies to compliment your dish π

Ingredients:
2/3 chicken fillets
Little butter & oil
1 onion
Half green pepper
Half red pepper

you can use fresh garlic if you prefer

1 or 2 teaspoons chicken spice
Half teaspoon crushed chillies –
you can add fresh or omit this

salt & pepper to taste
250g of the pasta of your choice –
I used penne pasta
3 tablespoons cake flour
2 teaspoons maizena
Handful of parsley
Handful of cheese
Method:
- Chop all your veggies and add this to your pot with butter and oil & let this braise for about 10 minutes
- Add your spices and little water and mix this through
- Add this stage add your pasta to water with a little bit of oil and salt until itβs al dente
- I used left over chicken fillets but at this stage cut your fillets into bite size pieces and add it into your onion mixture and mix through – let this cook until chicken is nice and tender
- Drain your pasta and add this to your pot and include from the pasta water
- Mix cake flour and maizena with water (let it be a running consistency) and add this to your pot
- Mix everything together and see the magic happen
- Add handful of cheese to make a nice cheesy sauce
- Add parsley and then serve up!
Bon appetite ππ
