This is how I make my chicken in creamy mushroom sauce π super easy recipe that is quick to make for your family with no hassle or effort!

Ingredients:
2-3 chicken fillets
2 Tbsps butter
1 cup or less cake flour for coating
1 chopped onion
Few springs spring onion
Half punnet mushrooms
2 cup chicken broth
250ml Fresh cream
1 tsp crushed chillies
2/3 cloves fresh garlic
1.5 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp crushed chillies
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Slice chicken fillets thinly across and season it with salt, pepper and crushed chillies
- Coat fillets with cake flour and fry until golden brown in a pan – set this aside once cooked through
- In the pan add butter with your crushed garlic, chopped onions, spring onions and mushrooms fry this for about 10 minutes
- Next, add all your spices as well as salt and pepper to taste
- Add your broth and cream and stir until the sauce thickens
- Add your chicken fillets to the sauce and coat it with the sauce completely
- Top this with chopped fresh dhania and a drizzle of cream π & voila!
